Whats going on here! Advice please...

Hey everyone how are you?

SWIM has purchased pills from a dealer to find out they have a weak MDMA content. SWIM has a friend who also buys from the same dealer but he managed to get a great batch! SWIM knows this because he took some of his friends, the two batches were very different. SWIM seems to be getting a bad deal. SWIM doesn't want to bother his friend to get the pills for him. How could SWIM get the best pills available from the dealer? what should SWIM say to the dealer the next time he decides to visit?

Through the short term it would probably be wise to go through SWIY's friend. But accusing the dealer of selling bad pills wouldn't be a good move. Maybe SWIY could check the stamps of the pills and see if they are different. Then ask the dealer if they had something different hoping for something to shake things up from last time.
