Uk Base - Advise please.

Hi everyone, Just a bit of advise for swim please.

Years ago swim took base briefly as a way of losing weight so had some history with it. Swim has never done anything else.

10 years on swim is desperate to lose weight again and after much searching has finally managed to get hold of base.

Swim gets up in morning has a multivitamin and some cereal, and then has a tiny dab of base, like a grain's worth, this is enough to last swim at least 12 hours if not more. 3 gms last swim months and takes it 5 days out of 7.
swim has so far lost 33 lbs in two months, this works for swim and swim is happy with this, but swim is trying to be careful, swim starts work in 4 weeks so knows soon swim will have to cut down days to weekends only.

Now the problem swim has is because it lasts them so long they do not know the proper way to store it. fridge/freezer not ideal in their situation if that is the proper way to store it.
The other problem swim has is very painful sore toungue. swim found a way of not grinding teeth by holding right up to teeth, it works and is an automatic reaction to the base now. but now swim is starting to get sores on sides of toungue coz swim holds tongue too tightly with swims teeth. is there anyway swim can prevent this.

The last piece of advise swim needs is a solution to the old favourite dry mouth? has anyone discovered anything that works?

Swim stores his stuff in a regular tobacco tin, but then, Swim likes his stuff dry because he insufflates it rather than gumming it.

However, that may be the answer to swiy's problem? swim doesn't gurn or grind his teeth when he insufflates, but it does occur slightly if he gums/tongues it.

swim still needs to lose 28 lbs, so wants to keep going, for a while yet, and swim doesn like the fact the house is so tidy and swim feels quite good on it.

Swim wants to keep product moist coz it is a more amazing feeling, will a tin keep it moist?

Swim is a little too scared to put anything up her nose. Plus She suffers with lots of colds and stuff and doesnt wanna aggreviate things.

Swim feels she trying to be as healthy as she can whilst doing this, Kind of an oxy-moron She knows, but she eats fruit and veg, and drinks cranberry juice and calcium enhanced juice, to help, and takes vitamins.

A tin will keep it moist if it's air-tight ..

Try getting a zip-lock bag, put it in there, and then put that inside a tin and keep it somewhere cool.

Generally, if you want to keep it moist, use the fridge, but as you've said that's not always possible if you're living with others.

You could always dry it out to store it, and then re-hydrate it later when you want to use it,

Put a little drop of water on a table spoon, add a small amount of base, stir, gum.

Swim likes his base dry, but if you're looking to keep it moist, that's the best advice I could give.

why do you want to keep it wet?

SWIMS base is like a putty and the is no way it could be sniffed or even gummed
he takes about a grams worth rolls it into a wee ball and swallows

lol if swim took 1 grams worth she would be off her face for about a month. for example..... swim took 1 dab at 10 am this morning. It is now 1am the following day and she is still feeling effects. only just eaten some fruit, 1st thing swim felt they could eat. and only just losing the tidy the house feeling. starting to mellow out now.

so you see 1 gm... swim would still be up this time next month, and swim only has a small flat, only so much cleaning swim can do lol...

For some reason swim gets a better kick out of it when it is wet. or maybe swim just more used to it by the time its dried that she has more tolerence.

Shitman SWIM needs to get some of SWIYs shit !!!!!!!
SWIM drops balls of about 1 g takes 2 or 3 at the start of the night with about 30-45mins between each hits
finds he can sleep 12-16 hours after the last ball

swim thinks swiy is being ripped off lol.

swim has decided to freeze what swim is not using. swims only problem is the mouth thing. swim has found that a baby's dummy has helped a bit.
swim had a break from it today and ate way too much. so swim is going back on it tommorrow.
