international shipping

hey i was curious to know how international shipping of legal research chems goes. Are they usually passed through customs without a problem or can it be a problem? I'm not sure if I am allowed to ask this kind of thing unless in the sources forum. If i'm not supposed to let me know, thanks

Packages may be checked at random and it all depends on the customs official who does the checking some may let it pass other may not. Envelops are not checked.

i have never had an express envelope from overseas get pinched.. so basically small and letter like = most likely no prob<!--

ya that sounds good as long as envelopes aren't really checked. It does sound like they have way too much international mail going through to be able to check everything. Thanks
