New - Dilaudid Help Pls.

Hello, new here but lurked for a while. Swim has been on narctoics ranging from percocet to oxycontin to now dilaudid 2mg tabs for three years for chronic pain. swim has HUGE tolerance to narcotics and no feels nothing from the oxy's or the dilaudid orally.

Swim went to try IV 2x2mg tabs in water - heated for a bit then drawn through cotton. There was a huge amount of orange goop left and the fluid in the syringe was resonably clear but orange tinged - is ths normal? Swim hasn't done the shot yet, but would like some advice.

Also swim got script for 90 dilaudid 4mg generic - pms one side 4 on other - yellow. Will these disolve well? What colour should the liquid be?

I don't know how much help this is, but the only Dilaudid swim ever injected were brand-name 4mg yellow tablets ("K-4s"). The tablets dissolved in water very easily and also drew up very easily. The solution was bright yellow, even when filtered through a cotton. Swim wasn't sure if it was safe to go ahead and inject the dye like that or not, but he did lots of times, and he's okay. Anyway, very little solution left after first pull, spoon left almost completely clean after a rinse and a second pull.

Swim believes once he also had a some generic yellow 4mg, and remembers them behaving very similar to the brand-name.
