how bad is coke on the liver and kidneys?

SWIM is only 18 but gets a slight pain in the kidneys liver...its so slight its mabye even placeabo from the parania that drugs give, caus it seems to only hurt when swim does drugs, however thats when it would hurt if there was a real problem too.

one thing that makes swim think its in his head is when he smokes marijuana the pain gets much worse, or atleast buggs him much more, and mj gives him the most paranoia out of them all.


to describe the pain more, its not even realy a pain, its more just like i can "feel" my liver
i just can feel it, like an ache but not pain, just feeling, if that makes any sense.

its not like gass or somthing, its presistant.

SWIMsGF (SWIMs GirlFriend) has been a long time IV user of coke and H. Last week she had a liver biopsy and she is still waiting for the results. She has had ongoing discomfort from an enlarged liver and the blood tests showed that there is an issue. The things that coke (and most likely H) is cut with may be a factor as she doesn't drink alcohol. She does have a very fatty diet which probably doesn't help much. SWIY might want to settle their mind and go see the doc and be truthful about what SWIY has been doing.

does sound a bit like paranoia to me mate. Though when you're intoxicated by most things your internal organs will be affected in one way or other i.e.taking a wee on mdma or speed.

If you're worried about it, I'd avoid those drugs that are not helping you stop worrying about it , afterwall, whats the point? In the meantime, I'd keep drinking plenty of pints of water and flush your liver and kidneys out. - keep hydrated.

If you are doing cocaine with alcohol (who isnt?) you seriously might want to consider damage caused by the mixture of these two together, and consider avoiding.
