Methadone
A couple weeks ago, SWIM ate 20mg of Methadone. SWIM noded out for a good two days. A week after, SWIM ate another 20mg of Methadone and hardly noticed any effects. SWIM also dropped the night before. The acid makes me think that serotonin had something to do with the decrease in effect. It couldn't possibly just be tolerance, as SWIM didn't do any other opiates in between, could it? Any thoughts?

It certainly didn't had anything to do with the MDMA or anything serotonin related. Methadone has an extremely long half-life and stays in the body for very, very long. It could have been because of the dose SWIY took a week before the second dose.
