Soma combinations?

swim has 20 somas and wanted to know what would good combinations be to mix them with. How about xanax?

First off, SWIM should be aware of the compounding effects that CNS depressants have on one another and it's never completely safe=.

That said, SWIM (who has recently developed a tolerance to opiates and benzo), likes to take 350-700mg carisoprodol, 40mg hydrocodone, 2mg clonazepam (or 40mg clonazepam), 20mg flexeril, and maybe 5-25mg ocycodone intranaslly to kick start the buzz.

SWIM has found that Soma goes very well with alcohol, creating a very relaxing and carefree feel. It also seems to go well with opioids. On one occasion, SWIM smoked some weed with 700mg Soma, along with a moderate dose of tramadol and some promethazine (diphenhydramine would probably work too); it made SWIM feel as though he were on a more powerful opioid. SWIM isn't sure if he could repeat that experience though.

Be careful when combining Soma with other downers though. SWIM should be familiar with the effects of Soma and the other drug(s) before combining them. SWIM admits that he was careless his first time trying Soma, as it made him want to take more and more of any drug you would hand SWIM. It feels very similar to a benzodiazepine to SWIM.

swim thinks 40 mg oxycodone, 2 mg alprazolam, 8mg clonazepam, 50 mg dipenhydramine and a few beers mixes well with soma but swim hAS a severe tolerance to opiates and really only uses these other substances to potentiate the high from the oxycodone

the carisoprodol (soma) + opiate (particularly hydro/oxy -codone) has produced intense euphoria in swim's pets. Swim has heard 'round the alley more than once that it is considered akin to heroin. Some things to consider:

-it is a very addictive combo, regular use is not recommended

-carisoprodol metabolizes into meprobamate, an older depressant of the muscle relaxant/anxiolytic type. It will accumulate. This is important because swiy will be more intoxicated than he or she perceives. It also will carry the additional dangers of depressants, like respiratory depression.

-Nodding off is highly probable with no tolerance. Even with tolerance. A general rule: start low and work up.

-Alcohol = No

-Something in stomach = yes


One final note. The dog in particular was not at all pleased with the soma-propoxyphene combo. A noticeable effect, but not one particularly enjoyed.
