Except combining sildendafil (Viagra) and amphetamines is a potentially dangerous combination.

It is natural for SWIY to experience mechanical problems due to the blood vessels narrowing. Once the effects of the amphetamines have worn off a little and the blood vessels have dilated again everything downstairs should return to normal.
