When potentiating Adderall XR with Baking Soda is it necesarry to take the baking soda again before the 2nd instance of the time release kicks in? (roughly 4 hours after original doseage) Any help regarding this technique is greatly appreciated. SWIM did the baking soda 45 minutes before ingesting a 30mg xr and is curious if they must ingest more baking soda 30-45min before round 2 of the XR kicks in?

When using Adderall SWIM highly recommends crushing and swallowing the beads, taking away from the extended release.
