Drug info - Grappa

Has anyone heard of grapa. My older relatives always talk about it and
how it is like Italian moonshine or something close and its made from the
left overs of wine or something.

If so, does anyone know how to make it since wine is pretty easy to make?

i've been to italy and i've seen it, it's a clear beverage, very similar to vodka and other hard liquors, specific taste of its own though, no idea how they make it though. Most likely refermentation of leftovers or somethin like that, tons of sugar most likely.

I believe it is made from grape stems not wine left overs. It is slightly sweet very good with a tiramisu kind of a desert liquor but has a burn also
