Planning an Amphetamine Break (Vacation)
SWIM decided it would be a good idea to take a break for a week from amphetamine and ephedrine (to help regain tolerance and dopamine levels.) He was wondering if anyone could provide any tips on how to prevent oneself from succumbing to cravings for this time.
He was planning on starting the break today, but realized he had a hefty night class; prompting him to double-dose his prescribed 10mg.

lock your script away with a trusted friend.
fasting meditation proper diet/vitamins/sleep exercise keeping distracted with a hobby/loved pastime
