Holes in nose and such..

SWIM has been a K-head for a year, taking it daily. Apart from the last month, SWIM was taking about a g per day for the previous 4 months.

SWIM then noticed a hole in their nostril and so decided to give it a break. SWIM also stopped because the K would go straight to the back of their throat when sniffed, and therefore would not feel any effects.

After leaving it for a month (few lines inbetween), luckily the hole has just about healed (though the cartilage is still rather eroded). However when SWIM now sniffs a line it will work - and also for the next couple of lines - but after that it goes back to square one with it going back to their throat.

...SWIM would appreciate some opinions on whether the membrane will grow back??

Your friend's nose will most likely heal in time, but I wouldn't snort anything anytime soon. Your friend should take a long break.
