Paraphernalia - Quick question about cream

My friend has been on a website where he can buy chargers and whippers.

The site says a lot about making 1L and 3L of cream, etc, but my friend isn't interested in cream at the moment. If he purchases a box of 8gm chargers and a standard 1L whipper, will he get lots of cream squirting out?

Cream? These systems only contain nitrous, one has to add their own cream to the scenario. Unless cream is a metaphor for something here!!

No, no metaphor. It's just that, on this site it mentions nothing about buying cream separately, even though it sells teas, coffee, biscuits, syrups etc. My friend just wondered, since there is no mention of buying the cream separately, that it would come within the whipper. He doesn't want a balloon full of cream.

lol, balloon full of cream. I'd imagine the reason the site doesnt sell cream is its perishibility, especially if unrefridgerated.
