Drug info - Is Propylhexedrine legal in Canada

I've been reading a lot of the threads about Benzedrex here but I'm not clear on if it's available in Canada or not. Does anybody know? And does it come under a different name?

Availability is not the same as legality. Propylhexedrine is not scheduled anywhere, although if one would prepare it for human consumption it would become a controlled substance analog (it was specifically designed to avoid legislation after amphetamine, the former ingredient in 'Benzedrine' inhalers, was scheduled).

I don't think propylhexedrine is available anywhere else than the US.

What exactly does Schedule V mean ? Is it available like in the USA ? SWIM couldnt find information anywhere about what exactly Schedule V means....
