Question Omega 3 supplement suitable for vegetarians?

The omega 3-craze continues.. but it seems to have scientific basis to it. My question is - are there any useable ways of supplementing it for vegans?

Re: Omega 3 supplement suitable for vegetarians?

Flax seed oil. I used to take it, because I hated the fishy taste of cod liver oil.

Re: Omega 3 supplement suitable for vegetarians?

Thanks your your input!

I've read that the ratio of omega-3 is really bad with flax seed oil, but there doesn't seem to exist a more effective alternative i guess. How much would one need to consume on average? Is it horribly expensive?
