Just noticing Hydromorphone Habit Getting Worse- Help to Stop

32-48mg last 3 days and SWIM* wants to ask the opiate experts what is the best way or are there any tips available on getting down and clean of that. the mental part of stopping is fine, SWIM has a strong willpower. He just was not smart this time and knows it. bottom line could anyone spare some tips or anything of help? SWIM knows he can stop but his nausea and pain just bites and he feels he cannot do what he needs o which is find a new job and work on getting his own place and SWIM wants that just with opiates make him feel like a slave to a substance and he does not enjoy that experiencehe thinks a proccess were he will be lowering himself slowly to nada if this be the best procedure.

SWIMN also has a prescription to xanax of 75 2mg bars a month that he might switch to 90.

he has quit desoxyn because SWIIM has noticed recently which in the medical guide for desoxyn say it is a serious side effect so SWIM left a msg on his psychs voice mail yesterday and is awaiting his general response then will talk more when he sees him on the 28h or possibly see him sooner.

basically any help?

Wow... That is A LOT of Hydromorphone.

SWIM had a problem with Hydromorphone for awhile too, but he was taking roughly 20MG a day... normally in the evening when he was done with all of his daily tasks. Normally, it was brought on by boredom and the absolutely wonderful feeling that rectal Hydromorphone can give someone...

Glad to hear SWIY kicked the habit.

wow. what i'm wondering is how your got prescribed hydromorph and methampetamine. i would kill for a script of either of those.

old post but SWIM has to say he has taken hydromorphone for 2 weeks 8mg insufflated twice daily then got his Desoxyn and Xanax RX and when he started taking his medication and stopped the Dilaudid with absolutely no withdrawls or urge to use. SWIM found this quite amazing.

since the Desoxyn affects from what wikipedia says: "Methamphetamine enters the brain and triggers a cascading release of norepinephrine, dopamine and serotonin. "

so I am guessing the raised dopamine helps? this i do not know.
