input on my oxy situation

i recently had orthopedic surgery and was prescribed 60 5mg percs and 40 10 mg oxys. well now i am pretty much over the pain where i would need opiates and am left w/ 6 percs and 20 oxys. i will not seek out or have access to opiates any time soon after this but want to experience what they are all about. what would you do in my situation as far as method of use, dosage, frequency, etc. I was taking up to 40mg a day for pain but weened that down to 10mg and have beed completely off for about 36 hours. thanks

Re: input on my oxy situation

Okay I'm sure you would never consider using any medicinal drug recreationally considering it is a bad idea and you took the three minutes required before you hit the submit button to read the rules on self incrimination, etc.

However, the kid around the corner, whom you can read about on these very forums recommends this: Toss them. Really.

If you have a lab monkey or study rat that you are looking to do a paper on however, 60 mg of oxycodone should give you plenty to write about in a medical report.

Re: input on my oxy situation

SWIM doesn't recommend playing with opioids unless SWIY plans on becoming addicted. SWIM takes Fentanyl and Hydrocodone for chronic pain and while not addicted, SWIM is currently dependant. It's not a great situation to be in and this is only at theraputic dosages. Recreational dosages lead to addiction and believe SWIM, you don't want to experience physical withdrawal from opioids.

Re: input on my oxy situation

Swiy won't have withdrawls from this small amount. Swiy has 230mg of oxycodone. If swiy was up to 40mg, he should have experienced some euphoria, unless the pain was too much. Swim would say 50-60mg would be a safe and effective dose.
