I know opium isn't anything close to heroin, i just want to know how far apart they are. I've smoked quite a bit of opium and really like it... I'm curious.

well, opium is around 10% morphine and heroin is diacetylmorphine...so pretty close i would say.

basically when you're smokin O you're doin morphine and a SMALL bit of codeine.
