Experiences - LSD visions of Translucent Turbulence

Each time SWIM trips, inside or outside, SWIM sees what in short could be described as translucent turbulence. This image does not pass through objects...or effect objects. It appears to SWIM as a gaseous substance that swirls around in the air. Transparent, but with little areas shining with the colors of the spectrum on it. SWIM uses the word turbulence because it appears to move with the dynamics of something huge. It also resembles identically the appearance of DXM and DMT hyperspace. on DMT/Bufotenin it would appear as Aztec objects transforming from the clouds thus forming machines or the elves and on DXM it appears as blue gaseous and purple blobs thus moving in the same direction and motion.

swim thinks he has seen it before... but also it may be the start of what swim calls "the void" swim has only seen it on a mix of LSD and 2c-i but it was in the corner of the room (which was flowing with what you describe) and it was a complete rip in space and time... literally it was a hole in the wall with space in it...

Labmonkey also reports seeing this pervasive turbulence spectacle. I believe this is primarily due to how vision is processed. There is an interesting paper on the implications of retinal mapping based on psychedelic visual patterns in the archive somewhere.
