Burning eyes

Swim has been taking Adderall XR 20mg for over a month. Swim went into the docs office and asked for a script for Adderall IR so swim could better regulate his schedule. After day 1, swim noticed his eyes were burning very bad and could barely keep them open from the pain. Swim bought some eye drops from the local pharm and they didn't seem to work at all. Also, Swim looked in the mirror and noticed his pupils were dilated a little more than normal.

Any advice on what swim could use (supplements, eye drops) for the burning eyes? Can't function during the day (works on computers all day).

hmm might wanna try a lower dose. Your body might be absorbing to IR adderall a lot faster than it would be getting on the XR equivalent. There's no time release beads to prevent it from doing so. What mg are the IRs? Also look into some of the eye "gels" they have out there. They last longer than the usual Visine and are used for severe redness and such.

Thanks mate. The IRs are 15mg, which hit swim pretty hard the other night after taking 3 from 7am to 6pm. Eyes were burning really bad and finally swim had to take 2 xanax and a melatonin just to be able to close his eyes and somewhat relax.

BTW, these are not Adderall brand name pills, but the generic version "Amphetamine"
