Simple Hash-oil extraction

I'll describe a very simple procedure for making very high-quality hash-oil.


You need:


-Weed


-Butane lighter gas refil


-0,5 ltr plastic bottle


-glassbowl


First, make a hole in the plastic bottle which fits with the valve of the Butane container, it has to be relatively tight. Fill the bottle with weed, anything from just a couple of grams to a whole lot more, and screw the cork on the bottle, tightly. Fill the bottle with the butane, until the liquid covers the weed. Separate the butane container from the hole in the side of the plastic bottle, and place your thumb over the hole, rapidly, so that as little gas as possible is lost. Shake it a couple of times, and release the gas into the glassbowl. Most of the gas will still be liquid in the glassbowl, so you have to wait until all is evaporated before you hav access to the good stuff(make sure all is evaporated, butane is not a good thing to get high on). You now have hash-oil in the bottom of your bowl, which can be easily scraped out with a suitable knife or spoon. The colour of the oil will generally be brighter the better weed you use, oil I made from Ice buds was platinum coloured, oil from standard danish pot was green.


You should do this outdoors or in a very ventilated environment, far away from any fire.


After collecting the oil it would be wise to wait 24 hours before smoking, so that you're sure all the gas has evaporated.


Really potent skunk, like Ice or white widow, yields a very strong oil that should be used with care, it's not for children, and lasts a lot longer, 6-8 hours at least.

yeah, i know. Seems way to simple to work, but it does. The only commercially available hash-oil I've come across has been black tar-like, and had been extracted with ether. It is in all ways inferior to the oils I've made using this procedure.


Be careful with fire, though, butane is very flammable.

We got this down to a fine art in Scotland!!>


Take a piece of aluminium/steel tube 1 inch dia. and about 2-3 feet long (copper may give off something??). Abrade ends. Cut ends off oftwo 2 litre plastic coke bottles. Heat metal tube over gas flame then melt into end of coke bottle then gently heat the neck and it will shrinkonto tube. Heat tube further down so heat travels up it and really seals the plastic to it.Lift the rubber seal from a plastic bottle lid and cut a hole in it and do the same with the lid.Insert a gauze then put the holed rubber seal back in the lid on top of the gauze.This should now screw onto the metal tube andbe thefilter end. Take another lid and make a small hole just big enough to take a butane gas lighter refill end. Fill tube with"material" By the way that's leaves, roots, seeds, stalks, anything will work but it works especially well as a way of "cleaning" horrible bits of soapbar that are a hazard to anyone smoking it's health so ensuring thatno-one need smoke it again!!Put other lid on then put a few tins through the tube, catching the gas in a square- based ceramic bowl. You can warm the bowlslightly on a water-filled radiator, say, but no naked flames or open electrical elements e.g. bar fire- be sensible! Leave it 5 mins then using a credit-card, scrape any iceor foreign particles out, the cleaner andclearer the gas, the nicer the smoke. Oncethe gasevaporatesmix the oil with ground up budor whatever elsethen press in the corner of a plastic bag and refrigirate orjust put the oil straightonto a gauze and go for it!

By "whatever else" I mean a nice bit of ground-up pollum or skuff by the way. You can expect 2 - 3 1/2 grams of oil to an ounce of soapbar.
