Adderall For ADD

Swim just got a prescription for Adderall. I want to know if swim takes it everyday will it just cause problems later, or should swim just take it when needed? Swim is just looking for something to help his ADD, not for recreation. Although Adderall is great for recreation, Swim is done doing things like that, and just wants to make life and school easier.

Simon says, " take it as prescribed " the affects will not be immediate on your ADD the medicine takes time to work , I was told by my DR, that it needs around 30 days in your system to be at its most effectiveness. If one were to take it off and on , your ADD would basicly be going untreated, then really the only good coming from it would be the recreational side.

swim has seen adderall do pretty amazing things for some friends of hers and her brother who honest to god must be the poster child of add. he takes a fairly large dose (or what swim consideres to be for non-recreational purposes, 50mg) on school days and when studying and his tolerance has not been rising or anything like that. if swiy is committed to using adderall only for school and stuff like that, then this swimmer says give it a shot but regulate swiy's self so it doesn't get out of hand. (swim doesn't have add but has a history with adderall and other amphs and knows how easy it was for her to let it get a little out of control and now has a annoyingly-high tolerance)
