MDMA with regimen of adderrall and lexapro

Here's the deal SWIMs I have a great deal of mdma powder, so dose not an issue. Two women to roll with have a regimen of 40-60mg adderral per day and 20mg lexapro a day. Now, i know that adderrall potentiates. Some say skip the adderral that day. Others say lexapro annihilates the mdma, other say it reduces effectiveness 70%. I don't want my ladies to go off lexapro or switch. can i:
1)Stop adderral or not that day
2)take 150-200mg of mdma for them, or more?
3) add 20mg 2c-b to it?
4) just go with 20-30mg 2c-b?

Maybe I wasn't clear:

Two subjects with ssri and amphetamine. I want them to roll. I don't want to taper anti-dep. I was thinking:

Transfer both to MAO-I (new versions in US without food warnings like emsam)
wait 2 weeks for lexapro to go out
5htp supplemenation starting today
No pm adderrall day before and no adderral in am of roll day.

Will this work? Would adding 10mg of 2c-b help?
