Need advice about Amphetamine withdrawl

Well, swim took the last of swim's Adderall and will not have a refill for about a week. Usually swim gets by okay from not taking it, mostly through sleeping, until around the fourth day. That's when swim starts going through dysphoria (which is a bitch). Since swim won't have any more Adderall for about 8 days, swim was wondering what meds or herbal remedies others used to cope with amphetamine withdrawals. Thanks!

Swim would recommend taking some ginseng and ginko biloba along with your standard daily vitamin. Swim can assure swiy that it has helped swim when in need for adderall.
