Opinions - Two caps spread over a night/day?

SWIM is going to a Psytrance party this weekend and is thinking about taking MDMA rather than LSD (or candy flipping for the first time as originally planned). He's used MDMA once, and while he thought it was really cool, he didn't like the fact that the duration was so short. (Maybe 3 hours that just flew by.)

He'd like to be able to have something that lasts close to the duration of LSD, but without the chances of a negative psychedelic experience which he may have due to some rather negligible but present negative thoughts.

Is it possible to stretch 2 caps of MDMA over ten or so hours? He'd like to drop at around 3am so he can enjoy the end of the night-time part but then still be able to drop again at around 7am so he peaks peak during the best time of the morning sets.

Is this common practice, or will the second cap not be nearly as effective as the first? Should he eat a couple of bananas and other good-mood foods in between?

Or should multiple dosages of MDMA rather be taken at once, rather than spread out over a few hours?

SWIM is pretty much looking for something with the same effects of MDMA but also with the altered-ness of LSD sans the heavy psychedelic thought patterns. Should he rather look for something like MDA or 2C-B or should 2 caps of MDMA suffice?

I think if swiy takes them at that time they would complement each other very well; swim usually does one dose at 12 and a smaller dose at 3.

I don't think the feeling will last much after 4 hours after the second one though :/

in swim's experience the second one never gives you a rush like the first, but still keeps the general high going for longer which is good enough imo

So SWIY suggests that SWIM shouldn't take the second cap after he's come down from the first, but rather within three or so hours after taking the first? He's more interested in keeping the high going rather than another rush, by the way. Bascially looking to extend an MDMA experience to double its length...Both caps will be the same dosage of around 100mg.

ye I reckon swiy will have a good time overall effect would prolly be around 8hours or more hopefully

I wouldn't fret TOO much about the whole "don't drop on a comedown", that's more geared towards people who take say 4-5 pills then start feeling horrible after 6hours and wanna do more to get back up lol

swim has one experience when he had 2 moderate quality pills on him (looked like those spirals still going round london though this was april) - he took one at midnight and it had limited effect, not bad but about 2 hours later he felt a bit down and disappointed for some reason. Then when his favourite act came on he decided to take the second one at about 4ish and for some reason that time the magic was alot more "present"

hmm dunno how this helps swiy lol maybe he should wait to drop the second one until the djs he was REALLY looking forward to comes on; you can't exagerate what a big difference that makes to swim

Well, the same thing happened with SWIM the first time he did MDMA. Got a cap from someone, was very mild and he barely felt it. Took another cap from another dealer about three hours later and BLAST OFF. :P

im a noob but what do you mean by "cap" ?
just some powder wrapped up in a skin? we call it somthing else but i have never heard of MDMA taken this way
