Diphenhydramine

SWIM was wondering if it's safe to take Diphenhydramine on a comedown in order to get to sleep easier? He has 50mg (or 100mg if necessary)that he would only take at 7ish am (having stopped mdma intake by 2.30am that night).

it's over the counter, but having heard they now put this stuff into crap pills, maybe it would produce a bad effect. SWIM would really like to minimize the terrible monday feeling so if this makes it worse he would steer clear...

Swims not sure about whether it's safe or not, but swim has tried advil and it has gotten rid of shivers and some of the comedown feeling. Swiy could also try green tea as he's heard it helps, this is unconfirmed. Swiy should also make sure the pills he's taking aren't methamphetamine based since that causes a rather unbearable comedown compared to clean mdma and prevents one from sleeping. If swiys comedowns are feeli, swim has never had a rough comedown with clean pills, Insteed he woke up feeling good next morning, and the only discomfort during the roll was a dry mouth and thirst.

no its not gravol its benadryl... similar drugs but more sedating. Swim personally detests anti histamines but yes it is somewhat safe. Swim says somewhat because anti-histamines are known to cause irregular heartbeats however that is usually at higher dosages. However with its slight effect on the heart combined with the amphetamine (mdma) it could be potentially dangerious though highly unlikely. Swim would recomend a benzo which provides superior sedation and slows the pulse. It is not something they put in the diph that swiy describes as crap in the pills it is the diph itself. Anti-histamines make ppl feel like shit (usually) but in this case might be worth it if swiy needs to sleep and cannot and is willing to put up with feeling like an anti-histamine zombie

Benadryl... that stuff is freaky, swim once took four pills at once and was passed out within an hour. Swim was told later that he had been sleeping with his eyes open..... Swim never touched benadryl again, i had felt like swim didn't have full control of his actions, swim would start to turn his head and it felt like his head turned itself the rest of the way. Swims actions seemed fast and exaggerated but he's sure they weren't. Not fun at all, but one should probably help swiy sleep. Doubt it would make the comedown any better though.

k SWIM probably won't take it (might in the couple of days after so that he can sleep away the terrible tuesdays)

he would be doing capsules with pretty clean mdma; you can tell however that it was made shoddily and that there r loads of impurities... swim's comedowns are fine on it, he still dances and has great fun although gets quite nervous about "the party ending". however they did give him veeeeeery bad monday blues and moodswings his last time (and he doesnt do it too often or anything). maybe that was because he thought it wasnt working and drank a bit too much alcohol??

but backt to the point, he was considering diph because he would have liked to "float into his bed and fall asleep cloudlike lol" but if it zombifies you then i guess he wont

I doesn't zombify, it's just wierd. 2 will get swiy to sleep. Just make sure swiy doesn't take 4.
