tolerance and risk of ODing

SWIM has thought about this for awhile and finally find a place to ask. SWIM usually snorts 160mg of oxy in the morning (has pretty high tolerance) then swim does usually 120mg at night equalling 280mg a day. Now my question is since swim waits atleast 6-8 hours between each dose, would upping the 120mg at night to maybe 160 or more be safe? considering the last dose was more then 7 hours ago? or does it all add up resulting in ODing?

Swiy is snorting far too much Oxy in Swim's opinion. But then again, Swim is only saying that because he is insanely jealous that Swiy finds it so easy to obtain.
