<DIV>Everything I read is either way negative, or way positive. I don't know of anyone ever dieing from long term use, but after 36 years I must wonder. If it can cause lung cancer there must be someone somewhere who has had this personal experience? I don't think it messes with short term memory, motivation, concentration or any of the other media hype, either. I know of some older stoners. All seem healthy. Does a person ever get to old to enjoy a good joint? Has anybody you know ever suffered any health effects?</DIV>

I dunno how old u have 2 be before u stop enjoying a nice doobie. Im guessin 2000. I have never suffered any health effects either. But then again, im young. But dont trust a word any government sponsered research sais.
We all remember this is ur brain on drugs- thing dont we?

I do believe however that heavy use does work on ur brain. I feel a bit slower when it comes 2 things like math.
I think im take it easy on the joints now.

I think that my short term memory has definently gotten worse after
smoking very intensively for about 8 months (everage of 4 joints and 3
chillums each day (and thats 90% Indian hashish))

But i have slowed down a bit and now only smoke once a week or so, but then again... im only 20 years old...

I have only notice one or two mental changes in smoking dope and they haven't been for the worse. I am trying to cut tobacco totally from my life and just to smoke pure, will have to wait till I am growing
