Hydrocodone: question about safety (dosage)
My cat got all four of her wisdom teeth cut out this morning. She was given ibuprofen (800 mg) and hydrocodone (500mg?). The bottle says Hydrocodone APAP5 - 500 mg. She wants to know if hydrocodone typically has aceteminophen in it ..and either way, is it safe is she takes 2 capsules instead of 1?

Those numbers mean there is 5mg hydrocodone and 500mg aceteminophen per pill, and yes it is safe to take two of those.
