Mixing speed with painkillers

Swim is pretty sure there is no problem with mixing speed and painkillers (2x paracetamol 500mg)

But to double check he just wanted to ask here.

He just got a terrible headache, so he would love an answer as quick as possible

Should not be a problem, what kind of speed are we talking though? Shit like Adderall or Ritilin gets mixed with PKs all the time in the area where SWIM is from, and has not seen a bad reaction yet
