Making contact/ w past crush?

When SWIM was but a young lad of 15, one of his stepma's friends (like 25 yrs his senior) was probably the first woman to come on to him sexually. Alas, he was an intimidated virgin and the opportunity passed. He vividly remembers the epsiode, and also has reason to believe she did, too.

Between then and now, SWIM was very ill, and began thinking about his (and her) mortality. Although the ship has undoubtedly sailed for sex, he thinks she ought to know how he felt, and is curious to what extent it was reciprocated.

The problem is that he only knows her by appearance, not name. He tried to subtly hunt for clues but was unsuccesful recently. Is there any way (short of blabbing to stepma--the woman, after all, deserves her privacy) around this? He thought about swearing his dad to secrecy if all else fails, but hopes for a better solution. Maybe some internet data mining?

Yes, I know no drugs mentioned, so SWIM will have to get her baked to justify the existence of this thread...

You could tell your mom that you remember this friend of hers that really encouraged you to become what you have become, and how she would say how interesting it would be to see you when you when you got there, and to see the pride in your mom's face. Or maybe something about similarities between you and your mom becoming even more apparent with age. In some way give your mom a compliment from her friend so that she wants to make contact with her or willingly talks of her.
