Swim and his Bowel

Swim is very interested in taking a speed pill for the first time but swim has whats known as Ulcerative Collitis which makes swims bowel un happy unless he stays on his medication, which is an anti inflamitry medication... swim was just wondering what kind of effects Speed can have on the Bowel? would it be dangerous for swim to try speed?

CNS stimulants appear to suppress the appetite, as to whether it would have any effect with swiy condition. hopefully maybe someone should be able to share some light on this topic.
