SWIM's nasty fentanyl experience and some ?'s

So SWIM got a hold of some 50 mg fentanyl gel patches and decided to apply one patch. She felt really good for about 24 hours, and then proceeded to become violently ill and scared. SWIM knows this is gross, but SWIM was throwing up many times and then began to puke this yellowish-green nasty-tasting slimy substance. Can any SWIY tell SWIM what this was? Certainly not something SWIM ate...

Anyway SWIm had to remove patch and is freezing in case there is any way to administer the fentanyl in smaller doses. Can SWIY help SWIM with coming up with some ideas? SWIM hates the idea of wasting opiates. SWIM thanks you in adavnce.

It might have been bile that you vomited.

What I recommend is that you just apply one 50ug at a time, and remove it and put it in the freezer at the first sign of it becoming too strong. Storing it in a freezer should keep the drug pretty much intact, and you can always re-administer it later.

What I don't recommend is that you remove the gel and try to do anything with that, because screwing around with the removed gel is extremely dangerous.

To prevent vomiting, you may want to try to eat a nice meal and take a dose of dramamine.

SWIM loves all opiates and has a very high tolerance to them, but was scared when he came across some fentanyl, beacuse he heard that this is the stuff that daily heroin users have OD on several times. His friend gave him a 1600ug lollipop and his friend took the same thing. They were amazed at how fast it kicked in (approx. 8-9 minutes) and it soon became very intense. They were watching a movie and were wide awake, but the Fentanyl was so intense that it relaxed their eyelid muscles so they kept falling down and covering their eyes, and they could barely see. Their eyes became very bloodshot, pupils became almost non-existant, and their breathing became very slow and labored. Fearing that if they went to sleep they would never wake up, they decided to keep each other awake. The high started to slowly ease off and the experience became more enjoyable. Although the dose was probably not enough to kill them, SWIM recommends that everyone should start off with a lower dose. All in all the SWIM said that he recommends Fentanyl, but it didn't give them the ultra euphoric high he was expecting, but it was still pretty amazing.
