Adderal XR technique

So this is what SWIM does. SWIM lives in a very dry enviroment so this may not work for all.

Stage 1 ( remember, this is only 50% of the pill dosage)
1. open XR Pills and dump all contents in to some water.
2. swirl to disolve the immediate release beads.
3. filter contents through coffee filter (save for stage 2)
4. enjoy disolved liquid

Stage 2
1. dry filtered beads from stage 1
2. crush all beads as little as possible but still crushing all of them.
3. pour powder in to some water
4. swirl to disolve contents of polymer beads
5. us another coffee filter to filter out most of the bead particles

This has been a great way for SWIM to make IR adderal from XR and is very simple an low tech. I'm sure there are other ways, but SWIM can do this anywhere.

Sounds good.

SWIM enjoys XR just fine as it is, but otherwise, SWIY appears to have a nice method.

swim utilized the technique and it was effective. straight filtering after crushing the beads was done instead of a second swirl. both sets of the IR and XR beads were effectively dissolved. swim felt this was a briefer version of the method.thanks
