this seems a bit of a silly obvios qeustion....and swim knows it links to speed as well but he does not want to double post and hes sure there are many other who have simlar issues.

swim rarley does buzz drugs (past 3 months swim did 1 pill one time and one and a half other time) and swim likes it that way as he still has great time due to low tolerance and it costs less so swim can treat friends too. swim is basicly same with speed, 2 bommies with the pills same amount of times as pills.

but swim has for sum reason swim already shown visual effects (and hes only really done E and speed 4 times in total)... as in parents noticed more drawn in face an swims comedown apperance even 4 days afterward.

swims plan is to have one last session with freinds before leaving the country for a job and so on.

he wondered if you guys have any tips on how to look less of a pill head? the best way to seem like a sobre upstanding member of society lol, not like "try to act this way" advice though swim was thinking more of protien shake or somthing ... anything to stop the visable aftermath such as drawn in face and heavy eyes you get the idea.

also due to worries about a drug test swim was wondering hhow long does speed or pills stay in your system especially considering swim does rarley and very VERY small amounts like 1 pill a time once a month tops usually less, he only really started a month ago as he was and really still is more of a tripping person. help?

Theres nothing swiy can take like a protein shake that will make a major difference but taking plenty of antioxidants that night or the following morning will help a little, also lots of sleep will help in a big way. Swiys parents like most parents are probably constantly on the look out for signs of drug taking and the like and they probably know swiy better than anyone and would pick up on even minor indications that swiy is acting out of the ordinary. The best advice would be to say swiy is coming down with a flu or cold, that would explain the lethargy and drawn face ect. As for drug tests, mdma is detectable in urine for around 3 days and speed(amphetamines) for around the same, methamphetamines are detectable for about 4 or 5 days in urine and all 3 are detectable for around 90 days in a hair test.
