Help me with my problem
i have taken X about 100 times during a period of 1 year and 3 months, is that a lot?, well i have been clean of E since May 18th of this year, and i still get sad feelings and feelings like i am worthless,a nd feel like not doing anything, basically not happy at all, is there anything out there that can help me? i hate it, i get really sad at times

First welcome to the forums. Second, please review the forum rules on self incrimination. As for your question yes, that's quite a lot, and perhaps you should try counceling and ask your doctor about antidepressants for your depression.
