DXM for opioid dependence

Has SWIY ever tried to quit opiates or some other substances using dxm? Just curios

Swim has read evidence on this and has tried it.It did delay the effects most certainly and no effects were felt while on dxm,however the effects of withdrawal still came about a few days later.Not really a viable cure because one would have to stay on dxm the whole time and that would most certainly not be good for a person.

the strange thing about this is that SWIM heard that stimulants increase opioid withdrawal, while sedatives reduces them. And DXM is a very, very strong stimulant for SWIM... it acts also on the dopamine reuptake site, so...
