There is little evidence of SAM-e and MDMA in research. The vast majority of research on SAM-e is in referance to the SAM-e Cycle. If swiy is taking SAM-e, it is vital to be taking folic acid, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12, in order to complete the cycle. If that is not done properly, the levels of Homocystine in the body will rise to damaging levels. I am currently writing a book about this subject. Properly done, SAM-e can do great things to help more than a few body functions if done right.
