How long should swim wait

Swim has been offered X and wants to take it but also takes 200 mg's zoloft. Swim was thinking of taking a haitus from sertraline (Zoloft) to achieve effects from ecstacy, but was wondering how long it would take between stopping Zoloft and taking the X to achieve the effects. Also, how long after stopping Zoloft do withdrawal symptoms take place, and how extreme. Swims been using it for about 3 months now building up slowly to 200 mg's. He also doesnt feel too much from the drug.
