Interactions with anti-psychotics?

Been a lurking tiger for quite a while now, so first post goes..

SWIM has been diagnosed with "unspecified psychotic episode" and has been prescribed with an antipsychotic zyprexa about three months ago. SWIM has more-less overcome the psychotic episodes pretty quickly but is still using the drug just to make sure they'll never return. SWIM has been also prescribed with an SSRI anti-depressant Cipralex but has been off the drug for a week now.

SWIM has planned of using ecstasy for the first time in about a month's time. SWIM is aware about the SSRI's extinguishing effect on ecstasy but has also heard that in about a months time the SSRI's leave the circle and it's ok to use MDMA without any interactions.

Are there any known bad interactions between zyprexa and ecstasy? Or is there anything to keep in mind when taking ecstasy?

If I had to guess it would probably suppress any of the mild psychedelic effects generally associated with MDMA, and probably alter the euphoria a bit. I don't *think* it would be a dangerous combination...the only mechanism for problems I can think of would be a stroke caused by some fucked up vasoconstriction/vasodilation pattern caused by the imbalance in binding to the different subtyptes of 5-HT receptors. I don't have any particular reason to think that would happen though.

If you do give this to SWIY, i'd be very interested in reading a trip report on it. Would probably give some interesting insights into psychedelics and MDMA.
