CW Dose without extraction

Swim has at least 60mg of codeine every morning. lets say if swim could take the codeine and toss it inside a a cold water shot glass. the acetaminofen doesn't bother swim becuase it such a low dose. in this sence could swim codeine be more potent becuase of the cold water temp.. not sure but swim saw a formula chart showing mg/temp doses somewhere for codeine

which would be better dissolving in cold or warm water 1st

Water temperature is unlikely to make any difference to the effect of codeine in Swim's opinion. Disolving it will only make it absorb a little faster. Just tell Swiy to be careful using hot water as it can destroy the codeine.

Codeine salts are very water soluble. As long as the tablets have completely disintigrated all the codeine will have been dissolved.
Paracetamol is very insoluble and will keep mostly undissolved, dissolving codeine tablets in warm/hot water isn't really neccesary, only cooling it down so the least amount of paracetamol will dissolve is important.
