The Yak informs me that after his usual Saturday nosebag, grape and mother's milk, he fell into a couple of hours troubled sleep before arising courtesy of his alarm to risk hangover and RSI in a near impossible dialling quest for the Holy Glastonbury tickets. He tells me that he failed miserably, but that other members of his long lost herd sorted him out from afar.

He was just wondering if any other beings out there were heading down Somerset way for that glorious weekend towards the end of June?

How much are the tickets this year? £150? Way out of the bracket. Out of interest, what's the line-up like this year?

Pricey it is, but the yak makes sacrifices to make this annual pilgrimage. After all it is more than a mere music and arts festival, it is a meeting of the herds and chance to renew old acquaintances.


As for the line-up, well nothing is announced officially until start of June. However, check out the following link for current rumour mill....not a bad line up so far really.

All is not lost my good Trebor as the official site says:

On Sunday April 22nd at 9.00am there will be a second sale of tickets. These will be tickets which have been returned, or where payments have been declined.
