A Beautiful Roll on just Half a Pill (seriously)/MDMA

My apologies if this was supposed to go under X Experiences...I just thought the title of this post would attract those who always ask about half pills.


SWIM hadn't rolled since summer '06. She hated every single experience (about 5 or 6 times, she can't remember exactly) because it was always too speedy..the "lovey dovey" feeling only lasted about an hour those times. She came by two little pale blue X pills with clovers on them a few months ago.

SWIM was a little scared to take X again because of past experiences, so last night she felt like being a puss and just took half a pill at 9:30 on an empty stomach, with a glass of OJ. This was also the first time she had taken X without anyone else taking it, or without anyone around here on anything or even knowing she was on something.

A very slow come up, an energetic feeling as usual. Started feeling a slight body high around 10:30. SWIM just visited online message boards, chatted with friends on MSN, listened to Bob Marley and Incubus and 311. That type of music is best for SWIM when she's high.

At 11:30 it hit her. The best high, mental and physical, she had felt. That lovey feeling hit her hard, she was very happy, very mellow. She got up to walk around and felt lightweight, the air around her felt "different" somehow, but in a good way. SWIM went outside and everything just felt amazing, hard feeling to describe. Colors looked better. Everything seemed to have some strange aura about it.She basically just continued the night wallowing in the feeling while surfing the net, playing with the cats, and listening to music.

These sensations lasted until 2:30 am as far as SWIM can remember. She was laying in bed starting at 12:30 am and the peak of the high never seemed to fade. Throughout the rest of the night (err, morning) she seemed to black out/doze off/something..SWIM wouldn't call it sleeping, she seemed conscious one moment and the next moment she realized it was an hour later, 30 minutes later, what have you. The come down was pleasant and smooth..she finally fall asleep around 8 am.

It's 1 pm now and SWIM doesn't feel shitty like she did after taking X those other times. No depression, no empty-headed feeling, no drowsiness. There is some lingering effect though, can't quite put a finger on it. SWIM also just smoked 2 hits of KB and it is not bringing back any of the X feelings, so she guesses that thing about smoking the day afterward bringing your high back is a myth. However, this is a really nice stone.

Anyway, long story about just a half a pill but it was seriously great. I wonder if SWIM's pill was actually more MDMA than anything else this time. Does it sound like it? SWIM had a wonderful time and looks forward to the next time. SWIM feels lucky to be able to get 4 rolls out of 2 pills




P.S. Maybe this is TMI, but trying to have an O on X is fucking impossible. Boo !

SWIM doesn't know if the OJ has an effect on MDMA or what, she was just adding detail to how things went down.

Nice report. The lack of negative after effects could be simply due to the roll being unadulterated (swim finds with pure rolls he doesn't get hangovers) or the lesser dose used, or probably a combination of both. The lingering effects swiy is referring to may just be the change in mental state induced by the MDMA. Swim finds he actually feels quite good after a night of rolling, and he enjoys music more than normal and has more energy and a positive attitude. This change in perspective and general feeling of well-being is noticeable up to a week sometimes, dependng on how introspective and enlightening the experience was. Be sure to leave a decent amount of time between rolls so you have time to recover physically and mentally, and so the experience is still special and not a usual occurrence.
