60 mg might be on the low end for swiys size. Swim is 200, 6'2" and likes to down 300 mg (this is with no opiate tolerance), with some antacid potentiation, this typically gets swim very high. 60 mg, will probably be on the barrier of pyschoactive noticeability, if swim was swiy he would throw a third pill into that. Swiys liver should have little problem handling 900mg tylenol, assuming swiy doesn't drink before, during or after dosing. Swiy could always do a cold water extraction to get pure codeine and eat more safely.

Here in the UK doses of upto 1000mg Acetaminophen (Tylenol is a brand name) are regularly given. It's called Paracetamol here though.

SWIY would be fine with 2, 3, or probably even 4 tablets without performing an extraction, assuming SWIY is in general good health and, as zera said, leaves the alcohol alone for a while.


60mg was SWIM's first dose of Codeine (in fact first dose of opiates) and at the time he was around 5' 8'', 10st 5lb, and 15. The effects produced were moderate drowsiness, barely noticeable euphoria and very slight nausea.

This is SWIM's advice to SWIY, recited by moi:

1) Take an antacid: This will potentiate the effects of the drug and maybe increase pleasurable effects.
2) Lay Down: Lying down increases the effects of almost all depressant drugs, and helps to combat possible (but unlikely at your dose/body size) nausea.
3) Relax: Relaxing is extremely important with opiate use. At such small doses, relaxation is the key to successfully noticing the subtle pleasurable effects of the drug, and ensures the tablets weren't wasted!

SWIM hopes SWIY has a pleasurable experience, but unfortunately doubts he will notice much at this dose, owing to his height and body size.
