Multi-sensory thinking?

DXM FAQ:

Quote:
To sum up: these are the skills which damage to these areas might impair:
  • Memory, especially language-related (e.g., finding words)
  • Understanding metaphors
  • Evaluating, and possibly controlling, your own behaviour
  • Multi-sensory thinking
  • Learning in new situations
  • Certain aspects of visual perception
SWIM has google'd and researched multi-sensory thinking. He has come up with mostly incomplete or poor definitions. SWIM has moderately used dex, and is wondering what is the exact definition for Multi-sensory thinking?

Re: Multi-sensory thinking?

BUMP. SWIM is wondering what exactly this is, and if it will affect him as an artist.

Re: Multi-sensory thinking?

I guess it's the ability to think with more than one sense so it probably would.

Re: Multi-sensory thinking?

impairment of multi-sensory thinking might involve something like connecting a sight with a sound. maybe you might see something happen and hear it at different times. swim has had this effect before, though he is not sure if that is what the term refers to.
