As I've siad dozens of times before. MIXING DXM WITH STIMULANTS IS A VERY GOOD WAY TO TRIGGER A HEART ATTACK!!!!!! Swim would know, he was hospitalized for the bright idea of taking dxm with ephedrine. he stayed 11 hours until his heart rate and blood pressure went down and that was with iv heart rate reducers and beta blockers. So don't take dxm with any stimulants ever. sorry for the lecture swim feels strongly about this for good reason.

^^Not to mention the risk of serotonin syndrome. As the other posters have said, do not combine DXM with MDMA.
