SWIM has seen a fair bit of this. The dosing would be the same as with a pill, a starting dose for someone with no tolerance would be around 10 mg, and if nothing is felt an hour or so later, 5 mg more perhaps could be taken. So, 0.5 mL to start out with, using the dropper. Be sure to use an accurate dropper with measurements on the side, if SWIY does not have one they can be procured at a drugstore...accurate dosing is important given that this solution is highly concentrated..so do NOT just try and chug it out of the bottle or attempt to eyeball what one thinks half a milliliter would look like.

Thats a very high concentration... how many mL is the bottle?

The bottles are generally 30 mL giving a total of 600 mg oxycodone. It can be fun, for sure, and the onset of liquid feels faster to SWIM than pills, but just use caution with how often one doses with this too. Since it's liquid, and there isn't the physical reminder of looking at how many pills one has left, its easy to keep re-dosing in a night, or use all day every day, and drive one's tolerance up really quickly and become addicted. SWIM has seen a couple pet octopii who developed an addiction to this liquid formula after a few weeks of use. The slightly pleasant taste doesn't help matters, either.

This is known as Oxyfast 20mg/ml suspension and comes in 30ml bottles.And of course as mentioned above, is dosed same as Oxy contaning pills of the immediate release type. Mfr'd by Purdue (generic may be available??). It is by def faster acting than even the standard oxyIR pills just because of the medium of the suspension, but not much more, so don't expect any kind of rush. It is generally used in conjunction with a regimine of Oxycontin for break thru pain. And as a warning just because this stuff is a liquid does not mean it can be slammed . But SWIM thinks most know that from other threads warning of IV'ng pills and oral suspensions.
