Little squiggly visual distortions

Does swiy get these? not when using any substances, but just in general. They almost looks like little worms wiggling through the edges of swims vision. They are pretty much transparent except for a fuzzy border. Can be seen when lots of light (especially sunlight is around).

When I close my eyes I get like a little butterfly of light slowly flapping in my right eye. If I look directly at him he fades. I think it's caused by light imprints on the retina. Apparently psychopyopic substances increase the dynamism of the beastie.
