Tyrosine supplement?

Hey, taking l-tyrosine apparently can help with tolerance to Adderall...but is a good idea to take the tyrosine on days off from the medication? Since it supposidly builds up dopamine storage....hence when you go back to taking the Adderall, it is much more effective?

Or should the tyrosine just be taken on the same days as the medication?

Re: Tyrosine supplement?

Tyrosine only on days off medication.

Taking with ur Adderall will increase anger and irritability.

No it's not MUCH MORE effective. It's pretty useless if you eat enough proteins.

Re: Tyrosine supplement?

3 grams in the morning on an empty stomach. Avoid eating protein around the time of taking it, as to avoid competition among the amino acids.

It's effective, but tolerance is still an issue.
