Vomiting + Paranoia on Ecstasy (NOT Coming up Nausea)

SWIM has been taking ecstasy for 2 years. On many, many occasions SWIM has had periods whilst on E, of feeling terrible (he refers to them as "bad spots"). These "bad spots" would typically last only for a couple of minutes on an otherwise awesome night where he feels the charecteristic loved up feeling. He also only gets these periods some time into his roll (he doubts he is coming down as it is sometimes during a peak). If SWIM is unable to console himself and convince himself that there is no reason to feel bad, then he will sometimes feel terrible for the rest of the night and be unable to enjoy himself.

Alongside this, SWIM often vomits whilst on E, this comes along with the paranoia/"bad spots" and perhaps could be a result of it? It must be noted that SWIM does not get feel nervous before taking E like some people do, so i don't think that is what causes the sickness. SWIM is not on any other medication and takes E on it's own without mixing with other drugs. He doesn't drink alcohol but he does drink water. His friends who take the same E are almost never sick, although they do sometimes have "bad spots." Does anyone have any possible reasons as to why SWIM experiences these adverse effects of sickness and paranoia? You might ask why SWIM bothers taking E if he gets this kinda reaction to it, but he says that he has such a good time before he begins to feel paranoid and is sick that it is worth it, and although he often feels like this, he sometimes doesn't so he thinks it's a risk worth taking.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, although SWIM has been dropping for 2 years, something is clearly not right here so he feels it is about time he asked the pro's.

small sorta panic attack like maybe....
but one night swim ate some pillz that didnt test positive for any amp. and he was looking out his window a few times throughout the night as if he was all spun out on crystal meth, this has been the only time swim has experienced any form of paranoia.(he thinks it was all mental , he was all alone rolling)

SWIM thought it might be a panic attack type thing as well, however, he has never experienced a panick attack on it's own so therefore cannot really say. Has anyone else experienced this while rolling, or does anyone have any other theories as to what causes this?

swim is just guessing here but..
with the vomiting...maybe it depends on what swiy has eaten beforehand and how long ago before popping...also vomiting could just be a mental thing that accompanies the paranoia..so swiy should try "fixing" the paranoia feeling first..
with the paranoia...which swim has experienced before...swim suggests to try a slightly lower dose..or at least the right spacing.. (e.g. if swiy takes 1 pill..and then an hour later takes another pill....swiy should perphaphs try waiting for 1.5hrs between dosing)..
thats what worked for swim, interms of getting rid of paranoia..

Well SWIM can get paranoid about anything. If SWIM is at a rave and he is tripping about something and like totally zoned out, he gets annoyed that he's at a rave but not actually there (hard to explain) like he should be focusing on the music and the people and the lights and the atmosphere but instead SWIM is tripping about a random conversation or tripping that he is playing a computer game (he gets very annoyed when this happens).

Another thing he gets paranoid about frequently is whether he should be taking a break from dancing or if he should be drinking more water or going to the toilet more. Then if he does take a break and sits down, he feels like he should be dancing and gets really down about it. SWIM thinks next time he will just "go with the flow" and see where the E takes him.

However, this kinda feeling is not the same as the really bad spots where he just feels awful, it's just like the effects of the E wear off for 1 second and he feels terrible about nothing in particular. Perhaps it's these bad spots that are the anxiety attacks? It could be these that cause the paranoid feeling and ruin is night.

SWIM is in favour of taking a lower dose, but the last 2 times he did E (he leaves a large break between dropping) and the time before that when he did MDMA, he didn't fully come up and never got the euphoric rushes he's come to love. So SWIM is anxious that if he takes a lower does he might not experience the effects that he wants, so he is compelled to take another pill if he feels nothing afer an hour, is this a bad idea?

(BTW I greatly appreciate all this input, hopefully I will figure something out before I next drop)

perhaphs...the trick with swiy's prob is to "go with the flow"...if swiy wants to sit down then swiy should sit down...if swiy wants to talk then swiy should let himself/herself talk or do whatever..swiy should not think "swiy should dance..swiy is at a rave! swiy should be enjoying blabla" etc etc...its about doing whatever and enjoying that whatever...even if its sitting and listening to music..
however..if swiys taking a break from dancing..just so swiy's sure he's not overdoing it..that should be enough of a reason for sitting down! its between your health or 10 minutes of fun that you miss out on...health definatley tops swim's list...e lets u experience different joys...it could be dancing and the music..it could be tripping out about a convo...video game etc... theres a beauty even in that lol and swiy should be happy to experience that

swim still thinks that swiy should try a slightly lower dose..even if it's a third less with each dosage...experiment a little!
in the end..there are plenty more pills and plenty more raves...so no need to be down if something isnt going eeexactly the way swiy planned it..or maybe try and dont plan the night out at all...take it as it comes

Yeah SWIM thinks you're probably right and it is self inflicted in the respect that he worries too much. SWIM read that it is a sign of ODing if you start getting anxious/nauseous so he thinks next time, rather than taking less throughout the night, he will not munch all his pills in a short space of time and instead only pop another some time after his first (perhaps when he stops peaking).

maybe not after peaking...that wouldnt quite work

swim experienced funky paranoia after taking pills 1 hour in between...what fixed the problem was waiting 2hrs in between... during the 2hrs swiy can figure out how strong the 1st pill is..and if swiy would like a stronger kick..hence maybe not take another whole..maybe only take another half or 1/4 ...etc..which is what swim recommends...
the key thing is...to start with a good kick..and then add on extra kicks with a smaller dose when the time is right.....lol ...hopefully that makes sense

SWIM has had bad experiences with some tabs because a lot of the time the tabs have a high caffine content or some other substance. SWIM prefers to find pure MDMA, and has a good time with this. SWIM somewhat knows what you mean about the "bad spots". It seems if SWIM thinks about how messed up he is on a substance, he will quickly panic, probably releasing adrenaline, snapping SWIM back to reality for paniced moment. SWIM just tries to relax and enjoy himself, and realize that he can handle it.
